The Marketing Intern will support the Communications and Marketing team by assisting with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of corporate marketing and communication materials. This role provides hands-on experience in content development, media coordination, branding, and digital communications while working in a professional corporate environment.

Maintain company communication materials, including graphics, brochures, fact sheets, presentations, logos, and promotional assets, in accordance with corporate branding standards.
Assist with planned media efforts by gathering media kits, tracking editorial calendars, and coordinating costs, deadlines, and specifications.
Support development of messaging for external stakeholders related to company strategy, programs, and initiatives.
Serve as the initial point of contact for press inquiries and escalate requests to the communications team as appropriate.
Assist proposal and project teams with industry award research and submission preparation.
Support content management for internal and external corporate websites.
Uphold company core values, strategic plans, and corporate policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
